No guarantee of a specific outcome
While we work to place a qualified tenant quickly, time-to-lease depends on factors including pricing, condition, and market demand. Stated averages are general estimates, not promises for any specific unit.
Owner responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your unit, for approving the tenant you select from the candidates we present, and for complying with applicable landlord-tenant and fair housing law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the services is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
