Tenant Placement vs. Property Management

Two different services with two different cost models. How to choose the one that fits.

What each one covers

Tenant placement is leasing only: price, market, screen, and place a tenant, then hand back a signed lease. It is typically a one-time success fee.

Full property management adds ongoing rent collection, maintenance, inspections, and renewals for a recurring monthly fee.

Which fits you

If you can handle rent and repairs yourself, or already have a manager, placement gets you a screened tenant without an ongoing fee. If you want fully hands-off ownership, management is worth the monthly cost.

Many owners start with placement and add management later as the portfolio grows.
